As voyeurs and witnesses to the rise and fall of both princes and lepers in Los Angeles the Americana Jacks offers vicarious tales of lost love, recovery, spectacular failures and undeserved success.
The Americana Jacks offers up a stripped down sound of Nashville meets Austin with a little bit of LA to keep it interesting.
Formed in 2013 when guitarist + songwriter Jonathan Sigal reunited with vocalist Bryce Hove after the two played together briefly in a local band called the ReFormed.
“We both wanted to do something different from what was out there and from what we were already doing.” says Jonathan Sigal, “Having Bryce’s diverse background and adding the killer rhythm section of Ray Lopez (bass) and Adam Hove (drums) has really opened up the sonic possibilities.”
With influences from blues, country, jazz, funk, rockabilly and classic rock Americana Jacks create an enticing elixir of sound that can only be be described as Americana Jacked!
